Trending @HCL; When the HCL Compensation Release for Current Year

It will be around December, I don't know why they are taking such a long time....I believe HCL want people to fall in the loop of appraisal cycle to avoid the job switch... Also don't expect much since many people's compensation did not change even after having good ratings.
