I made the shittiest decision, stuck here without any chance. Looting money from customers marking E1s as SMEs pushing into projects and not paying enough. There are few projects which were led by E1 and customers don't even know. Even if these E1s are way better than other E2s etc in the project, there is no promotion or hike AT ALL. L RM . L team. Won't let them work in at least one project and blackmails that he will complain to HR and won't release from the team.
In order to jeopardize the employee's career, they won't release you before 3 months as a notice period and not increase salary as compared to inflation if you stay back.. Worst management I have ever seen.
