The company donates money to save taxes. If they pay those money to employees as salaries it will come under profits/billable amount so they have to pay taxes for that money. It's a strategy played by all the companies

One thing is to save tax... Another thing is tooo show case that they are helping society....they can't help one employee of their own company.... How can they do this all.....
