Trending @HCL; What's cookin? Any idea of this year appraisals or comp letters?

I would suggest not to keep hopes high.
HCL has been notorious when it comes to appraisals.
I have completed 3+ years, and I still haven't got a single hike.

I heard that even the budget has not been alloyed yet to the accounts, it seems appraisals are again gonna be delayed
