Hi I’m currently not on bench . But receiving the mails which states soon you’ll be on bench. What should I do? Should I start looking for new projects? Or new opportunity?

Nothing to worry. Soon WPC team will start sharing the demand sheet with you in which you can look for suitable opportunities in other projects. And don’t be disheartened as it has nothing to do with your skill and capabilities. Just a business decision from client

Talk to your RM and find out if you are being offboarded from the project. If that is the case, start looking for a new one in Leap, Kaledo, or thru networking...
