  1. Every other project going on hold where they hired new joiners

  2. if you visit the IT Lab , every other person is talking about Project completion or getting completed in 2-3 months.

  3. They are losing in bidding in their current project.

  4. HR team telling, get deployed in 4 weeks or leave company

  5. Saw one email today from HR about who is going to Maternity leave from Bench pool resources.

  6. Every singe account during or after interview asking current Salary.

Not sure if this is a Standard practice here in HCLTech, every project will ask you about your current salary before allocating to project. And if salary is high, 90% chances they won't select you
