Trending @HCL; What next... please help

I'm dealing with what feels like intense anxiety or maybe even depression, and I think I need to step away and fully focus on my mental health for a month or two.

I want to get proper treatment, but to do that, I’d likely have to quit. Is it a good idea? I'm worried that I might not be able to get a good job post break, due to little to no leverage.

What should I really do?

Take a week or 2 week leave and focus on mental well being do something which interests you and plan for outings and prepare for upskilling and prepare for interviews and stay well within the race rather than sticking to one project or one organization whenever feeling depressed or anxious off the stress.

First identify what is causing depression and anxiety. If it is your current work/client/rm, then try to list down your work and work according to priority. Once your 9 hrs is done for the day, give your self some time go for a walk , relax your self.
Once you find yourself ok, then start upgrading your skill with sometime line Health is first priority. Please take care of it!!

Bro - Nothing is more important than your health - physical as well as mental.

I have done the same. I have put down paper.

You will be able to take care of your family better if you are healthy both mentally and physically.

Prioritise your health first bro.

Job you will be able to get if you sincerely prepare for two months and keep on giving interviews.

Take a break from your schedule, spend good time with your family and friends with less phone time. When things are back on track, you can rethink about your next steps. 👍
