Trending @HCL; What is percentage allocation in project?

Can someone help me??

  1. I recently joined HCL for Noida location, My RM shared my project manager contact details to connect, my project manager is asking to relocate to Lucknow location I informed him my preferred location is Noida only, now he is not responding for any update

What to do now??

  1. I got calm from another project and they are tagging me in their project 49%.

What is this percentage allocation in HCL?

I think for the sake of assigning any project or billability so that you will not get pushed to bench thehy assign you like this. Else if u r working in 2 project simultaneously then also they do like this.

Type an email regarding the situation and send it your HR. Keep your RM in cc

You will be a part of shared services.. i.e. working in 2 projects at the same time...

Ohh, i never thought to be a part of two projects at the same time in BAU

If they are assigning 49% that means another project will take your 51%, total 100%

I know this happens in service based companies often, don't worry. You can stay with your decision don't relocate to LKO until any HR action.
