I have not much idea about the ex-gratia but in hcl , the manager can recommend your name for xtramiles points and 1 point equals to 1 inr ..from those points you can take vouchers of shopping sites .. it depends on the manager amount can vary .. In my cases i received 50k one time , second time i received 40k..
