Trending @HCL; What is current bench in no of days and what is exact notice period days in hcl is it 90 days for bench people

Bench 4 weeks. No project in 4 weeks then exit process starts with base benifit.

Will they force i mean HR to go with exit procees, i mean if they are not providing interviews for any client or any internal project, why we should resign after 4weeks, ? Are we also talking about base salary only for rest of 3months notice period do we need to serve as well?
