Trending @HCL; What if I leave my job after 10 months of joining the org
I joined HCL in December 2023 and want to leave this shit company now, At the time of joining i was asked to sign a service agreement which i signed with a bond amount of 50k. My simple question is if I resign now and my last working day is after my joining date, Do I still have to pay the bond amount ?
What's your review of the company and the managers?
Shit company overall, Managers may differ from project to project.
The worst part of this company is there are no incentives ,No allowance for yearly parties(Scrapped the Catalyst party policy this year only),
No work life balance, Increment cycle is the most confusing and fucked up.
Then no problem! You can drop paper now
If you resign this job, you need to pay the money mentioned in your agreement.
