Your mental health and wellness is more important than any hike or promotion brother. Take care of your wellness both mental and physical. Your family has got only one YOU and you are irreplaceable in your family, but company has many resources and they will not think a moment to replace you.

Please write to HR. Observe what steps are being taken.

Mostly likely nothing will happen but it would register your concern in writing.

Then if the situation is really unbearable, they please put down paper and start giving interviews.

Please don't suffer in silence, at least not for a toxic work culture.
