Trending @HCL; What happend if i withdrew my resignation

I resigned hcltech and serving notice period ..if i withdrew my resignation before 3 days of my last working day ..will they accept ? If they accept means will they kept me on bench or in same project where i am working before putting the paper? Requesting you please respond

It depends upon your terms with your RM. If terms are good then you can withdraw before 1 day as well and it will not impact anything.

There is no policy on this, yes one thing I know is your next promotion will effect ..that will start from zero
