As per new HR mail, there is mandatory to every employee to come office minimum 3 days in a week and if client require employee have to come 5 days

No its same like if u resign they will not give EPB to you, so you can also do the same dont go office anyway its not mandatory.

Yes if you fail to do they can extend your resignation or may not give full settlement or they can deduct the leaves amount compensation
