Trending @HCL; Want to move foreign with little experience

Sorry guys in advance if it is not what you expected but just want a genuine help. I'm a mule developer with 3 yrs of exp when I want to switch it is going to be 5 my reason is say X , in my whole generation nobody even moved outside of my state for work, my mama is the first one who gone out of state for sightseeing and other work related stuff , and after that like all things are normal, I'm the only one who work outside my state. And want to move foreign like want to work outside or in some company through remote in worst condition. I do my current job and 9 to 6 invest some time with family and friends and atleast 1 2 hr in evening study about my tech and make projects, Just need suggestions what thinks I can add so I can achieve my goal, is I'm doing anything wrong, I'm consistent and do try to improve things everyday, I do slack some time but didn't miss schedule, give myself rest on Sunday and Saturday if and only if I don't have energy, please help me and thanks in advance.
