My bills are approved but haven't received any amount yet.. this is happening first with me.. delay in payment.. Anyone facing the same issue??
I received payment for one of my claims which was approved on 6th oct.. but still waiting for that claim payment which was approved on 26th..
For the claim you mentioned — if I book an appointment for ₹1,100 at any hospital and the doctor prescribes medicines worth ₹2,000 — can I claim the total amount of ₹3,100? If yes, what are the conditions and other things I need to take care of to get this claim approved?

Mine claim is approved on 17th September but still did not receive the amount
In my case my claim was approved on 26th and as per executive they initiated the payment request on 1st oct but as per him it will take 6 to 7 working days
I have submitted it on 23rd September till the status is submitted. Raised SSD they told to wait atleast 10-15 days.
After approved it takes 2-3 days
It will come wait for some time
I got it credited it today. It got approved last week. So maybe call them or wait for few days if it’s already approved.
