Is Vidal claim status working for you guys? I am not able to check claim status in Vidal app.

Hi all, I just wanted to know how smoothly you guys are getting claim reimbursement from vidal. For me its almost 3 months since i have submitted all the documents still its in progress. My claim amount is 1.17 lakh. now they have removed all from vidal app not able to contact them also. SSD already raised still no sol..

I had raised 5 OPD claims all of them are approved but did not receive the amount, in SSD they have mentioned that I may receive the amount in next 10-15 days.

Got a reply on SSD ticket regarding claim status, Going forward have to raise new claim in HCL portal.

You need to raise the SSD to check the claim status..I also noticed the vidal site is showing error
