Trending @HCL; Variable pay in HCL

I joined HCL three months ago, and during the onboarding process, HR mentioned that I would receive variable pay every three months.

However, I haven’t received it yet. I also noticed that some of my colleagues who joined six months ago are receiving a component called EPB on a monthly basis, which I am not getting.

Could someone please help me understand the difference and clarify how this works? So that i can connect with HR.

Epb is not the amount that is credited to your account its deducting from your salary every month

There are two things: APB : Annual Performance Bonus EPB : Engagement Performance Bonus

If both are mentioned in your ctc letters then you will get both but with different timings

APB you will receive after 1 year EPB : they generally gave this component every month may be they changed the process and now they are giving quarterly on the basis of quarterly performance. If you are bench or not associated with any billable client then you will not receive this component in salary
