Trending @HCL; Until how long HCL provide salary to its employees when assigned to bench.
Yesterday i have assigned to bench , and now in my project section of RAS ,it is showing from today to jan 2026 .So will HCL provide salary till 2026 if i am assign on bench.? Or it will terminate me .
They will terminate (ask you to resign) if u dont get a project in 90 days. However during that 90 days Or the time u are on bench you will continue get full salary as per the policy.
As per the recent info, HCL giving only one month to the bench…I suggest everyone Join companies…where they will recruit for a particular project.
@DownrightFeature - This is incorrect, HCL will pay the salary as long as someone is on bench and not fired by them for not getting a project.
90 days max ,but that can be reduced to 30 day based on management decisions
