Trending @HCL; Unchanged compensation received continue two years
I joined hcl 3 years back and working hard in project but didn’t get any hike last year and as well as not this year. No particular reason is given . Manager saying I conveyed it higher level . What to do?
Best option is to switch. If you don’t want to switch then escalate to senior manager or schedule a meeting with your manager one to one personally and ask him whether you will receive appraisal or not.
He is saying we will discuss with hr I think u r already in top most bracket of e1 band that’s why no hike given to u by organisation. I told I joined on same package same band 3 years ago this should be check by project
This is the right time to switch company, if you think u cant now. u will never. remember this.
