Trending @HCL; Udemy licence help?

Hi, I had an Udemy licence earlier now due to a course enrollment they have revoked after completion of that course... How can i get that back? Any help? Any idea?

I have raised case with IT team they asked me raise a ticket for restricted website.
Now the request went to L3 & L4 and got approval from both.

But i am not sure if team are considering this request as providing a licence / only the website access.
