Trending @HCL; Track and location change
My 18 months in a project going to complete, I want to change the track/domain and location also. How do I do this. Please guide me with the procedure of track and location change.
Ask your manager for the same. If he refused ask to get released from the project. Come to the bench and get selected into the track you want by clearing the interview and demand the location you want.
For now, if you're on the bench they will give you 4 options Nagpur/Vijaywada/Madurai/Lucknow.
If you deny all 4, they will mark you absconding and terminate
you can asked once to your manager/Hr but Mostly you they will not release no matter if you have completed 18month in project or not. Note: Pls suggest anyone if able to get release/project.
Ask for release from the current project. And look for other project side wise. Project what you look should be on desired location. If they are not releasing you decrease your efficiency.
