Is the HCL corporate culture getting more and more toxic?!
If any escalation from client without analysing the issue raising PIP is very common here
I have not faced the issue exactly but I have heard a lot of people facing the same problem
Don't worry, yaar. Everyone knows the truth. If you believe in your goodness, no one can mess with you. Join another project, or explore other opportunities—there are plenty of good companies with a positive work culture out there.

Till the time u dot quarell with ur RM ur safe but if u have any incident...then you may get the information abt ur release from the project or fom the company very soon without ur knowledge
Don't fight buddy try to be a bit assertive, and if you are from North and your RM is from south or vice-versa then best of luck finding a new company😂

My previous RM used to threaten me by saying if you have any problem please drop a mail to get released from the project and I'll approve 😂
HCL is one of the worst place to be since few years
