Hi,

I joined HCLTech as an E2 in March 2025, when would I be eligible for an annual hike, I have been rated consistently 9+ out of 10 for the past 2 quarters.

What could I expect as a hike given this rating and when would I be eligible for a hike?

You might get in this annual hike but very nominal 1-2%. As I joined Match 2024 I got it in Jan 2025

you will be eligible for appraisal after completing 1 yr of anniversary.It means you will be eligible for 2026-27 cycle.
