HR team sent 3 reminder emails and declared as an absconding candidate. After that they deactivated id and blocked one month salary. Does anyone know what happens after that ?

You need to go office rather then coming in Grapevine buddy. 1 reminder is enough to know what happened why they r doing. No one knows you nor they know why they did. So dont take here.
