Trending @HCL; TechBee salary hike after Graduation

I’ve heard that TechBee employees receive a compensation hike after completing their graduation, separate from the annual increment. Is this true? I completed my graduation in July 2025 but haven’t received any update yet. Has anyone here received a restructuring or revision letter after graduating?

What about techbee from ERS? Will they get 6 -7?

This year only you completed your graduation this year you'll receive a normal hike most probably next year you might get a very good hike, because last year senior teechbee got almost 7lpa after one year of graduation, let's just hope for good because it's HCL expect the unexpected
