Hi All, which band will we get after clearing our Academy? from 1.1 to?

The Academy program doesn't help in band increase

I was supposed to receive a promotion this year, from E1 to E1.2 but I didn't. When I ask my manager about it he told you will be promoted directly to E2.1 after your Academy completion and placement in a project. Any thoughts on how I should proceed?
