Trending @HCL; Switch internal oppertunity

2022 aug to till now I'm working at Hcl Bpo non voice banking project chennai Navalur but I have overall 5 years banking experience and my hcl band is E 0.3 Analyst and I have no knowledge in IT but I would like to move IT for my future growth any possibility to internally join Bpo to IT is possible?

I dont think that is possible without any technical knowledge. Take some IT relevant course kind of degree that you can do as distance learning once done then you can shift to IT.
