Trending @HCL; Suggestions for switching

Currently they've moved me from L2 to L1 which works 24/7 , I'm not interested to work in night shifts and no learnings . Also the manager is toxic that they won't give release if we ask for or move us to different L2 team . Let know your suggestions pls .
