Do we an option for Shift allowance in HCL? I am working from 12:30 PM to 10 PM shift. I don’t want to opt cab. Can I get allowance instead?

It depends on projects either one you have to choose, shift allowance or cab. As it depends it is afternoon shift you have get the allowance

Shift allowances facility is only available for New Vestas location like Lucknow, Nagpur, Madurai. Apart from NV locations, shift allowances are not available but can opt for CAB.
