I am reaching out for your guidance regarding my current situation. I have over 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with more than 4 years at HCL Technologies as an SAP Basis Consultant specializing in HANA. Recently, I have encountered a land-related issue that escalated politically, resulting in a case being filed against me. I am currently classified as A2 regarding that case.

I am now contemplating a career switch to a different company and would like to understand if this situation might pose a problem during the background verification (BGV) process. Your insights and advice on how to navigate this transition would be greatly appreciated.
