Salary credited and same salary is credited like previous month even after restructing. Do I need to update anything flexi benefit in hcl portal . Please guide .

I guess can't expect anything from hcl , they never give hike or increment - I really don't understand the point in doing restructuring

My tax liability increased by +90%

Possibly because I received New Born Gift (one time addition of 2K to this months pay). But I am still confused as to how come a onetime 2K could increase my income tax deduction by almost 100%.
