What will be the salary range for 9.5yoe as a full stack developer with MERN Stack.

The Salary range depends upon your current CTC , also abt the kind of Exp. And company profile like someone may be working at Product based companies MS / Google / Meta , someone at service based TCS / HCLTech / Infy and someone working in a startup or MSME then with same level of experience There are different CTC brackets
I was in HCL for the past 5 years They did not raise it from the past 2 years and got only 1% raise in spite of working hard. Also I am stuck here I am a MERN STACK developer and outside everyone is looking for an immediate joiner and since I am looking for a WFH job which HCL allowed us but other organisations are looking for wfo.
These two factors I am stuck here. I need to switch that I know but how to get the first offer so that I can resign as no one agreed to entertain 90 days notice any help will be appreciated. Thank you if you are responding to the message as it means a lot.
