Hi All,

I would like to understand the policy regarding salary hold at HCL. I am aware that there is a 3-month notice period. The policy mentions that the hold begins from the month the resignation is communicated to finance, but it does not clearly specify how many months of salary will be held.

Your first month of salary when you put down your papers will be on hold and that will be adjusted in your final FnF.

What about the second and third month?
