Trending @HCL; Salary hike
I completed one year at HCL in February, but I have not yet received my compensation letter. I would like to know if there is any information regarding when I might receive a salary hike.

Bro you will definitely get 25 to 30% hike and your letter will be release in Mid of October to November.

Information only is there are release from the project whose completed there 18 month cycle.
Dont expect hike, shift and on-call allowance.
I would rather say dont expect any monetary benefit till you are in HCL.
Your or even everyone's job is at stake... Forget hikes..
