Trending @HCL; RTO is Back and Mandatory?
Why is HCL enforcing Return to Office (RTO) when we are fully capable of delivering results from home with equal, if not greater, productivity? Commuting drains our time and energy, reducing the efficiency we bring to our workday. With teams already spread across various locations, the rationale behind mandatory office presence seems questionable. This feels more like an imposed rule than a strategic move, adding unnecessary mental pressure. We hope HCL embraces a more flexible and thoughtful work model that values both productivity and employee well-being. Upvote if you resonate with this perspective.
