Trending @HCL; Retrieve offer letter

Hi while email clean-up I accidentally deleted the offer letter and it is not there in the delete or trash folder as I performed this activity long back, How can I retrieve my offer letter Is there any tool in my hcl site for this? Please help me with this, Thanks in advance
