Trending @HCL; Rent of Buy Flat
I know there are a lot of videos available on YouTube, but I am not able to finalize Rent of Buying Flat in NCR, as I have 22 yrs left to before I retired. I hope this is a similar situation for many people.
End of the day everyone will return to their hometown.
Bro buying a flat would be a better investment if can, as you have 22 yrs left before retirement, in these 22 yrs you will be saved from the landlords and their shenanigans and also changing houses (which is not so cheat too) and also you can customise your hose the way you want to without any approvals or nakhras, +by the time you retire the property will be owned by you and even if you move to your home town you can earn from rent from that flat. + in the mean time you have a permanent address in NCR
I feel buying an apartment, isn’t an investment as the value deprecates every year. And I agree with rest all you mentioned 👍🏼
I would recommend to rent it out near office if you have plan to switch companies going further. If you have plan to retire in HCL buy an apartment.
