Trending @HCL; Regarding resignation
Hi Team Need your help or suggestions I have cleared accenture interview currently bgv is going on,when is safest to resign from hcl Because some time I have heard that they delayed or cancelled hiring even after giving offer letter
Also my location will be banglore is 8 to 9 lpa will be good to survive or having good life Currently my ctc is 4
Please give suggestions
You didn't mention your number of years of experience.
8-9 Lack is fixed salary you were referred or total? Accenture variable pay is High.
To be true survival with a 9 lpa package is very difficult and you may not save much. At least you are required to spend 20 k for hostel + transport + etc., personal expenses if you are individual. Planning to stay with family then mostly money will go for rent+expenses and Nothing much can be saved.
I have got call from Accenture i have 2.7 years of experience they are offering 5.75 fixed + 50k variable in banglore... I don't have any other offer right now to counter
It actually may not be a good move with this salary. You may regret it if you join with this offer. Hopefully, for Bangalore location with 2.7 years experience, minimum 7.5 to 8 LPA fixed salary recommended. It's my suggestion to review about yourself first and make a decision.
Since you are from the junior band below E2 ,you will have an appraisal done before December . My suggestion is to wait for that before resignation and use it to leverage more package from Accenture. 8-9 lakh will be less in Bangalore
