Trending @HCL; Regarding resignation
Hi folks, Need your suggestions , I have cleared 2 interview rounds for Capgemini (internal & client), Now BGV is in process & soon they will release offer letter, they want me to join Capgemini in 2 months because their project is very new, for me in HCL also I am on a project which I joined only 4-5 months back, could anyone suggest me how can I negotiate to HCL manager? , will they releive me ? Because I am also new in project, or shall I put paper & after almost 2 months request to Capgemini to extend 2-3 weeks more? Seeking you advice, please suggest how to handle this situation??
Yes , put paper and then discuss with Manager , if he doesnt agreee , tell Capgemini after few weeks , because if they have waited for 2 months , 2-3 weeks is okay for them

See I will put my paper & discuss with manager first, if he is okay with 2 month notice period then fine else I will request hiring company to wait for 2-3 weeks more later
