I am newly joined HCL company in E2 band, I have not declared flexi basket, now this month salary I have not received flexi basket amount with my salary, what will happen to that amount, how can I claim that back, could please anyone guide me on this and where can I see my salary structure in ESS or Myhcl portal
You can declare the amount in flexi declaration (i.e. you want the whole amount in monthly sal), then it will come as taxable income in monthly salary. Otherwise, if it's not declared and you plan to later consume it against your bills, that way also you can reimburse that amount (then you will get tax benefit). If you won't take any action then that amount will be paid to you in the next financial year cycle..
Salary structure can be seen only on payslip
Did anyone know, what will happen if flexi basket is not declared to that amount, and when we will receive it.
