I am getting a low contribution from an employer for a pf account when I check the missed amount credited to be EPS-95/HPS any Idea? How can I get back that amount?

Revised form 13 submission would be required, this is only applicable if you weren't EPS eligible thru out your career. If your previous employer also had been contributing to EPS on your behalf you'd need to get that rectified as well. You need to do this with every employer whod have contributed to EPS on your behalf.
