Trending @HCL; Regarding early release

I’m not a primary or dependent resource in my project, and it hasn’t involved me significantly. Over the past two years, I haven’t felt any growth in this project. I’ve now received a better offer, and they want me to join within 30 days. Can I get an early release within 30 days without serving 90 days notice period as I don’t want to lose this opportunity.

At the early stage of the professional career , absconding is also a good option ...just tell the new company that because of them you are absconding and they need to give compensation for that
