Hi everyone, I have referred one of the candidates via email. The candidate was selected and completed three months with the organization. RM and HR have given me email approval. What is the process for claiming the reward now? or by raising the SSD?

I may be wrong but just my view here. Email based referral may not be considered official for referral bonus. Ideally, it should be referred via the referral portal. You could talk to the concerned HR or point of contact and see what is the best way for this. Go as per their suggestion.
