Why this referal portal asking me to fill the whole form to me? It should be just taking the email and contact details. Any idea? Are you guys able to refer anytime anybody?

No there is no need to fill full form , you need to fill name , email, contact information and attachment as cv , Mene 12 refer kiye hae , isi process se
