Hello everyone ...received an appraisal letter the title unchanged it means zero increment..any suggestion how to deal with this. I have sent an email project lead and general manager.. but don't see anything concrete. should raise SSD .pls suggest..will it make diffrance

They will put on HR, no point in sending to the project lead and GM.. You should use HCL as a stepping stone to do a better job in the market..

Look for a better opportunity in market

Last year I got unchanged. That was my first appraisal cycle. This year got 2.5% only....on CTC
