I am on the bench and given the interview with a banking client and getting shortlisted but the problem is they are forcing me to reallocate Nagpur but my current location is Bengaluru what happened if I declined to reallocate?
2 Options
If you want the project then either ask them to consider your request to work from ur current base location …
If they didn’t accept the request you can simply ignore that and inform that you are not willing to relocate…and check for other options…
This are applicable if you haven’t received RAS assignation email…
Until you get RAS its in your hands if RAS is assigned the you have to talk with HR also if needed

No bro don’t fall for that. This is their new Silent Lay off drive. If you dont report to base location they will send an action email and their just directly kick you out as ‘Absconding’ . Please dont challenge then and visit . My 2-3 friends were just laid off like this.
Earth will rotate same only, you find Banglore based project or ask them to allow relocate. Byt yeah even after that earth will rotate like usual.
