He contacting each one separately and says please fill visa fitment for on site as others aren't working upto the mark. Deserving candidate should be rewarded as per his standards. This happens every quarter and when it not get approved by the L4 then he says he is not good person don't like people get benefits.
He thinks we don't discuss internally. He back bitching each one of us against each one.
How funny what ever wrong happens to Team is because of other teams manager they are not working but playing politics against our team.
Whole team is working odd hrs and overtime without compensation or overtime allowance.
These kaale angrej are blood sucking leaches.
Most of the typical manger do this. Im not saying all of them. They control everything over a single call, i most of us have faced it . We mostly will say "yes we do it and take all in our head" 😉 which they need from us . Once you know the thing and respond properly (i mean not saying yes to each and everything ), you will survive. You cannot trust anyone in corporate world even if it is your dearest collegue.
