Joined HCL in Oct'2025, I need to fill the quarterly appraisal. Am I eligible for performance bonus?

Mar to Mar is the year end cycle, ratings are given on a quarterly basis. The last quarter rating i.e. JFM Jan Feb March will be a combination of all 4 quarters so it's called as Annual rating. Yearly performance bonus will be given in May if eligible.

Thank you for the clarification, one doubt, at what basis performance bonus will be given ? and how can I know if I am eligible?

You will get the performance bonus in May 26 .

that means after 6 months of joining? then why I m filling the appraisal for OCT-DEC.
