Trending @HCL; Query regarding gratuity eligiblity

Hi guys, I will be completing 4 years in hcl next month. For gratuity eligibility, do I need to stay for next 1 year or spend 6-7 months and resign. Got a mere 3.7% hike . Promotion and rating is also overrides by management. Ep and promotion is recommended by my managers,
